At NOZAYA, every product is made with care and intention. As a small batch brand, we do not offer returns or refunds. Once an order is placed, it is considered as final sales.

Exchange Policy (Valid for 7 Days)

We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in case of damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all components.

  • The customer must cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the returned item is found damaged, used, or incomplete, the exchange will not be processed.
